When creating a Support Portal account, you must provide accurate and complete details and update such information to keep it accurate and current.   14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms and Conditions and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating thereto or your use of Our Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the relevant Zoral entity responsible for your region is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

    You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought before the competent courts of the jurisdiction of the applicable Zoral entity, unless otherwise required by mandatory laws of your country of residence.
